RCM Lite preview

The configurable workflows allow you to provide a structured and organised approach to your pickup and dropoff processes. This ensures that all necessary steps are taken and nothing is missed, resulting in a more efficient experience for both your rental company and the customer.

The workflows allow you to set up a series of steps in RCM that the operator needs to complete as part of the hire and return process. This can include things like:

• Updating customer information, signing agreements and taking payments
• Uploading drivers licence images or other documents
• Updating mileage, fuel and viewing existing damage records
• Emailing the customer with or without document attachments

You can also create checklists of tasks to be completed that can be optionally emailed to the customer along with any other documents or images.
